GOOD TIMES WITH
I have so many good memories of
my time with IAB. It was truly a
blessing to be able to travel
like that and to meet so many
I started at IAB in 1971 and stayed
at Hotel Italia until a group of
us got an apartment. I flew with
Margie, Anneke, Rosina, Yanni, Gun
and the Bahamaian seniors were
Joan Armaly, Vanria Cargill, Olive Rolle.
We worked hard on the flights but we
were well taken care of by the company.
The benefits were really good.
There are so many interesting stories
of times we had to diver to Brussells
because of fog, we blew an engine, we
had to stop in Iceland and Greenland
We had a fashion show on board some of
the flights and served conch fritters
and rum punch. So much fun and excitement!
I enjoyed Luxembourg and took full
advantage of my days there. I could go on
and on just remembering the good times.
I have children and grandchildren and have
been married for 38 years this year.
Greetings to all friends and colleagues
at Air Bahama from Jacinta Lynn Blake.
