Elisabeth and Eva in the forward cabin door opening, dressed in flashy Air Bahama uniforms, creme coloured flap short fashion skirt and jacket with yellow lining, same color bare midriff top! Broad rimmed straw hats with yellow ribbons to go with it! We also had another set of uniform in orange with same yellow lining that you see alongside this photo from 1968! 
Imagine the commotion when we sometimes landed at i e Brussels International Airport (after having been diverted due to fog at regular landing site Findel International Airport in Luxembourg!) We looked like a bunch of flowers walking to and from the airplane, our bright tropical colors against the tarmac of the airport. |
