DC-8-63CF Iceland 1976
This is beautiful! I remember this day
so well. This was a very proud moment
for me and I remember a few of the
As for photo with Air Bahama the ones
that I had unfortunately got misplaced .
I enjoyed flying with Air Bahama and
my coworkers were great to work with.
The only regret that I have is that my
stay was short lived and I did not get
to do as much traveling to different
places as I would have liked to do
but to sum it all up I had a great time!
I wish I could be a flight attendant
again! I loved it!
Greetings to all!

Comment by Beverly McKinney:
Can't remember the name of the
person next to Betty but she was
very nice. I believe she got married
and now resides in the US. She lived
in the Perpall track area. And by the
way Daphne Kerr is not in this group,
she was ahead of us. Next to Captain
Terry is last name Green. Canīt
remember first name but was married
to John Gordan many years ago. He was
a pilot with Bahamas World and Bahamas
Air. I believe John flew with IAB for
a while but can't remember if he did.
Comments by Teresa Sturrup
Yes, her name is Sandra Greene, I believe
she had won a beauty contest. The lady
standing next to Carneta, is Cheryl Mortimer.
She lived near the Candy Kitchen on East
Street and is a part of the Mortimer "Candy"
Comments by Beverly Mckinney
Yes, Sandra was a beauty queen when she
came to IAB but not sure which contest,
maybe miss Bahamas World. I saw her the
other day and she is still very pretty!
Comments by Gunn Vidal
Denise Simeon I believe !? I did some
first aid + make-up & grooming. I stayed
with Fifi so I was there every class
day and we were instructors.
Big hug to you all ...
