Christmas greetings November 2004 from Betty and Elisabeth!!

Betty (Frieders) Kunziger lives since many years in Paris France and I visited her in November 2004. We had a great time and Betty took me to all the sightseeing spots, the landmarks of Paris. We spent a wonderful day at the Notre Dame Cathedral.

A friend of Bettys in yellow blouse, Betty´s former boss at the ministry, Elisabeth in black and Betty all the way to the right!

Ten minutes before the hour after the fall of dark there was the illumination of the Eiffel Tower. I promise you, we were little children again! Betty invited me to a party at one of the state departments, where she had worked and I had several great red wine dinners at her house on avenue de Tourville, in the 7th district of Paris. We talked about the Air Bahama flying and we talked about all of you! I stayed at the Hotel de Turenne which is situated on the same street. Thank you Betty for an unforgettable stay! Au revoir ma cherie! Bisou!

There was also time to explore the Cluny convent, built on the remnants of the Roman forefathers bath houses 200 A.C.

In the Cluny convent this huge tapestry from floor to roof was exhibited, 12th century from Holland/Belgium, the lady with the one horned fantasy animal called licorne.

Another fantastic experience was the Picasso Museum in the old town, the Marais quarters.
