Neil Craig, beauty contest historian says: " Here is a photo I found from November 1969. It is a microfilm copy. It shows IAB Station Manager at the time Gunnar Sigurdsson and IAB Air Hostess Gudrun Johansson. They were wishing Bon Voyage to Miss Commonwealth Bahamas 1969 Wanda Pearce as she left on IAB in route to London were the 1969 Miss World Contest took place. Also shown is the then Minister Of Tourism of the Bahamas Clement T. Maynard."
